We are located at 10650 Northfield Road, Northfield, Ohio 44067; directly across the street from Northfield Park Racetrack.

What are the regular hours of operation at Sweetheart USA Bakery?
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30; Saturday from 9:30 until 11:30; and by appointment to serve our customers. The bakery is closed on Sunday.

How do I place an order?
You can call 330-467-2255, fax us at 330-467-2285 or email us at Baker@sweetheartusa.com to place your order. One of our bakers will help you place your order for your special occasion cake so that it is perfect!

How far in advance should I place my order for a special occasion cake?
The earlier you place your order, the better. Since every cake is baked fresh to order we need at least 2 business days notice. Photo cakes and other special requests may require more lead time.

Can I get a picture or a logo on a cake?
Sweetheart USA does have the capability of printing your pictures, corporate logos or images onto cakes. Displaying your corporate logo on one of our creative cake designs is a great way to brand your company. Please contact us as early as possible for more information and pricing.

How long will a cake from Sweetheart USA stay fresh?
Our cakes and cheesecakes should always be refrigerated for optimum quality and should be eaten within a week of purchase. Leftovers can be frozen for up to 6 months in an airtight container.

How do I slice a cake from Sweetheart USA to retain it’s beauty?
Keep your cake refrigerated until serving and run your cake knife under hot water and slice carefully.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept cash and checks for your dessert order. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Does Sweetheart USA Bakery make wedding cakes?
We make beautiful custom wedding cakes but require advance booking to reserve a date for you. As soon as you have chosen your wedding date call Sweetheart USA to reserve the date and schedule a no obligation wedding cake consultation.

Does Sweetheart USA deliver?
Customers can schedule a day and time to pick up your special occasion cakes from our bakery. We can deliver for large orders and an additional fuel charge will be based on quantity and destination.
